No. All data processing takes place exclusively in Swiss data centres. No API calls are made to foreign services such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic. Your data remains under your control at all times.

A Model Decision Workshop costs CHF 2,500–4,000. In 2 hours, we determine which AI model and deployment option fits your use case. The workshop fee is fully credited toward a subsequent Diagnostic Evaluation (CHF 10,000–15,000).

A Diagnostic Evaluation takes 14 working days. During this time, we benchmark 3–5 AI models with your real data, produce an accuracy matrix with confidence intervals, and deliver reproducible benchmark results with documented methodology.

No. We deliver a turnkey system. You can take over operations internally at a later stage, or we hand it over to your IT team. There is no vendor lock-in. All systems are based on open standards.

With ChatGPT Enterprise and Copilot, your queries run through the provider's servers, even if they promise not to use your data for training. With PrivateAI, you operate your own AI infrastructure: dedicated resources, no multi-tenancy, and full control over data flows and model selection.

The premium tier: evaluation and deployment on a dedicated Mac Ultra cluster at your premises. No data exfiltration, no cloud dependency. We set up the complete infrastructure and deliver compliance documentation. No foreign government can compel access to your data or models.

AI models change constantly. We automatically re-run your benchmarks whenever a relevant model update occurs and alert you to accuracy drift before it becomes a problem. Available as a monthly subscription (CHF 3,000–5,000/month, 6-month minimum) or annually (CHF 12,000–15,000/year).
